Quick, efficient airport shuttle

Used Alps2Alps for a Geneva airport transfer to Chamonix. Driver was on time. Van was clean. Got to the resort quickly. Simple, no-hassle trip. Will use them again.

Good value for a shared shuttle

I booked a shared door-to-door transfer from Geneva Airport to Les Gets for my ski trip. I was looking for the best deal and saw they had a return trip discount which saved me a bit. The price was competitive, and the overall experience felt worth what I paid, especially since I booked it early.

Easy transfer experience

My family and I used Alps2Alps for our transfer from Innsbruck to St. Anton. It was pretty straightforward. We found our driver easily at the airport, and the van was clean. The kids were happy with the booster seats we requested. The drive was smooth, and we got to our chalet without any fuss. No complaints here, just a solid ride.

Decent service, minor wait

I used Alps2Alps for a private transfer from Lyon Airport to Val Thorens. The booking process online was simple enough, and they confirmed everything quickly. The driver was professional and the vehicle was comfortable. We had a slight wait at the airport because our flight landed early, but it was only about 15 minutes, which isn't too bad. Overall, it was a good experience and got us to the resort efficiently, but a heads-up on potential early arrival waits would be nice.

Fantastic private transfer!

Oh my goodness, I just had the best private transfer from Zurich Airport to Verbier with Alps2Alps! The driver was so friendly and helpful with our bags. The car was super clean and comfortable, and we got to the resort so fast. It made starting our holiday absolutely stress-free. I'm definitely booking with them again for my next trip, and I've already told my friends about how great it was!

How do these guys compare to Ben's Bus for a trip to Tignes? Prices look similar, but I'm curious about the service.

D Danielle Martin 1 week ago
Alps2Alps offers more private options, Ben's Bus is mostly shared and can take longer sometimes with all the stops. I found Alps2Alps drivers to be a bit more professional too.

I've used both. Ben's Bus is super budget, but Alps2Alps felt a bit more reliable and the vehicles were nicer, especially for a private transfer. For shared, it's a toss-up depending on the route and timing.

Has anyone used a promo code with them? I saw something about it on a travel blog, but can't find where to put it in when I'm booking.

A Amber Jackson 2 weeks ago
You put the code in during the booking process, after you get your initial quote. There's a spot for it, I think it's called 'voucher' or 'promo code'.

Yep, it's on the quote page. Just look for a box to enter it before you finalize payment.

Hey, thinking about booking with these guys for a trip to Chamonix next winter. What if my flight gets delayed? Will the driver still wait?

L Leah 2 weeks ago
Yeah, they totally wait. I had a flight delay last season going to Val Thorens and they just adjusted the pickup time. No extra charge or anything.

They track your flight number, so they'll know if you're delayed. Had it happen once, no issues at all, they just waited for us.

Thinking of booking a shared shuttle from Geneva to Les Gets, but wondering if my ski bag and boots will fit or if I need to pay extra for equipment.

M Matt H. 3 weeks ago
Nah, ski equipment is usually included. I never paid extra for my skis and boots when I used them.

They include one ski or snowboard bag and one piece of luggage per person, so your boots should be fine. If you have like, two pairs of skis, then maybe check, but standard stuff is good to go.
